How we use your information
This privacy notice is to let you know how we promise to look after your personal information. This includes what you tell us about yourself, what we learn by having you as a customer, and the choices you give us about what marketing you want us to send you. We may use third parties ( ie. cloud computing, data storage providers) located in other countries and as a result personal data may be transferred outside the UK and the European Union.


Marketing
We may use your personal information to tell you about relevant products and offers. This is what we mean when we talk about ‘marketing’.
The personal information we have for you is made up of what you tell us, and data we collect when you use our services, or from third parties we work with.

How long we keep your personal information
We will keep your personal information for the lifetime of the product you have purchased.
After you stop being a customer, we may keep your data for up to 6 years for one of these reasons:

To maintain records according to rules that apply to us.

In accordance with GDPR, you have a right to access any personal data that we hold concerning you. You have a right to ask that your data to be rectified where it is inaccurate, incomplete or not up to date. In certain circumstances you have the right to erasure of your personal data, to restrict the processing of your data, and to portability of your data. In view of our legal responsibility to retain the data as part of this engagement, we cannot comply with most requests that the data should be erased or transferred before the end of your product’s Lifetime, or that we should cease processing the data in accordance with the terms of our engagement.
